What to include
- The email address on your Avilifts account.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if something on the screen looked wrong.
- For a payment, the date and the amount.
When you will hear back
Messages are answered within 2 working days, and usually much sooner. Payment questions follow the Refunds and cancellations page.
This is not for emergencies
Avinash is a fitness coach and messages are not monitored around the clock. If you are in pain that worries you or feel unwell, stop training and contact a doctor or your local emergency service.
Not a client yet
Register from the home page: a short health screening comes first, then you choose a programme. When Avinash is at capacity, registration pauses and you can join the waitlist instead. You are welcome to write or call with a question at any time.
