What is delivered

• Your workout plan and your diet plan.
• The daily check-in, and Avinash's weekly review of your week with a written note.
• Changes to your plan that follow from that review.
• A consultation call, if you booked one, at the time Avinash confirms.

Where you receive it

In your account on this website, which you can open on a phone or a computer, including as an app on your phone's home screen. There is no physical product, so there is no delivery address, shipping charge or courier.

When it starts

Your access begins as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment, normally within a minute, and your account shows the date it runs until. Your plans appear in your account once Avinash has prepared them from your health screening.

If something has not arrived

If your access does not appear after you have paid, or your account looks wrong, contact us with the date and amount of the payment. Money taken in error is returned as the Refunds and cancellations page describes.
